ORDERING
Do you offer local pickup?
While we do offer local pickup for items in our shop to customers within a 20 mile radius, not all items qualify for local pickup at this time, being that we are an online store without a physical brick-and-mortar location.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, add all the items you'd like to buy to your bag, by clicking the "add to bag" option.
Navigate to the bag in the top right hand corner, and view your total.
Click "checkout" and follow the prompts from there!
You may remove an item with the "remove" option.
Once you have completed your checkout, items will ship within 2-5 business days from purchase, depending on which shipping option you choose.
How do I check my order status?
After placing your order through secure checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your ordered items with your receipt. A tracking number will be sent shortly after your order has been shipped. For shipping details, read our shipping policy here.
To check the status of your order or to view your order history, sign into your IMMADE account using your IMMADE login.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
We cannot modify or cancel an order once it has been processed. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist in any way we can.
SHIPPING
What shipping methods do you offer?
Our main shipping methods include Standard and Express! However, we also offer economy! See more about our shipping policy here!
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, and are shipped 1-3 business days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
Business days are 24-hour days. If you place your order on Wednesday (before 1pm EST), then 1 business day would be Thursday. If you place your order on Wednesday (after 1pm EST), then 1 business day would be Friday.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email after your purchase has been processed and shipped with a tracking number on it. Use this number to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
I didn't receive my package, what now?
If your tracking number says delivered and you have not received your package, please contact us as soon as possible at shopimmade@gmail.com.

How do I know what size to order!
We know that sizing can sometimes be tricky, especially when ordering online! We try to make it easier for you by having helpful descriptions on each individual item. Each item will have a description of the fit (true to size, oversized, etc.), chart with style sizing, and description of the model's height and size she is wearing in the image.
Something that is helpful is to know your own measurements! This is very helpful when a sizing chart is available.
